Yogurt and Lemon Cake

- 150 g Butter
- 125 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 300 g Flour
- 1,5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 a cup Natural yoghurt
- Juice of half a lemon
- Preparation: Butter the Gugelhupf tin and line it with sugar. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat).
- Mix the butter and sugar until frothy and gradually add the eggs. Then stir in the flour mixed with baking powder. Then fold in the yogurt and lemon juice with a wooden spoon.
- Pour the dough into the sweetened form and bake at 180 ° C for approx. 60 minutes.
