- 1 piece Chicken
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Seasonal herbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chicken seasoning
- Pepper from the grinder
Instructions
- Divide the chicken in the middle on the breast side and unfold. Cut off excess fat and skin. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in honey. Add the herbs and season with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning. Brush the chicken inside and out with the butter mixture. Unfold, place on a grillage and roast in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 45 minutes. If necessary, cover with baking paper in the first half of the roasting time, otherwise the honey will quickly turn black.
