- 100 g Cream cheese, natural
- 15 g Wild garlic, fresh from the forest
- 2 tablespoon Cream 30% fat
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Make the potato pancakes as usual. (either rub yourself or use frozen goods) Here they are purely manual work. 😉
- Clean the wild garlic and chop it very finely.
- Mix the cream cheese with the chopped wild garlic, add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Possibly season with a little sugar.
