Black Crumb Cake

  • 250 g Sugar
  • 6 Egg yolk
  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Kaokao
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 6 Egg whites
  • 0,6 l Cream
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Rum
  • 3 packet Cream stiffener
  1. Prepare a batter from the dough ingredients. Put in a 26-cavity mold and bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour, chopsticks test!
  1. Let cool down well. Hollow out the cake, leave an edge of 1 cm and crumble the hollowed out.
  1. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, add cocoa and rum to the end with 2/3 crumbs, and pour into the hollow. Smooth out and sprinkle with the rest of the crumbs.
