Black Crumb Cake

- 250 g Sugar
- 6 Egg yolk
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Kaokao
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 6 Egg whites
- 0,6 l Cream
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tbsp Rum
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
- Prepare a batter from the dough ingredients. Put in a 26-cavity mold and bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour, chopsticks test!
- Let cool down well. Hollow out the cake, leave an edge of 1 cm and crumble the hollowed out.
- Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, add cocoa and rum to the end with 2/3 crumbs, and pour into the hollow. Smooth out and sprinkle with the rest of the crumbs.
