Fast Vegan Chocolate Mousse
The perfect fast vegan chocolate mousse recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 gr Silken tofu
- 150 gr Dark chocolate
- 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 tsp Vanilla extract or pulp from 1/2 vanilla pod
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Drain the silken tofu and puree with the sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan, slowly stirring constantly. Pour the melted, warm chocolate over the tofu and stir everything together. Chill for 3-4 hours
