Tuscan Chicken Breast in Roasting Tube

- 600 g Chicken fillet
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 150 g Zuchhini
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Spice mix
- Onion powder
- Sweet paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- Pepper
- Herbal mixture
- Basil
- Rosemary
- Bay leaf
- Cut all ingredients into small pieces and place in the roasting tube. Prepare a mixture of herbs and spices to your own taste and add the whole thing to the roasting tube. Close the roasting tube and shake everything well. Cook in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for approx. 30 minutes. At the end of the baking time, carefully open the hot steam.
