Tuscan Chicken Breast in Roasting Tube

  • 600 g Chicken fillet
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 150 g Zuchhini
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Spice mix
  • Onion powder
  • Sweet paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Pepper
  • Herbal mixture
  • Basil
  • Rosemary
  • Bay leaf
  1. Cut all ingredients into small pieces and place in the roasting tube. Prepare a mixture of herbs and spices to your own taste and add the whole thing to the roasting tube. Close the roasting tube and shake everything well. Cook in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for approx. 30 minutes. At the end of the baking time, carefully open the hot steam.
