Chicken Legs with Garlic and Carrots in Roasting Tube

The perfect chicken legs with garlic and carrots in roasting tube recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 gr Carrots
  • 1 fresh Garlic bulb
  • 3 Chicken legs
  • 1 pack Breakfast bacon
  • 100 ml Poultry broth
  • Salt pepper
  1. Peel, halve and quarter the carrots. Cut the garlic bulb into slices.
  1. Close the roasting tube (approx. 55cm) at one end and place it on a brook plate. Add the carrots and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  1. Season the chicken drumsticks with pepper and wrap the drumsticks with breakfast speck. Also place in the roasting tube. Pour in the poultry stock, close the hose. Cut into the top of the hose.
  1. Cook everything in a preheated oven at 180 C. Fan-assisted for about 45 minutes. Carefully open the roasting tube from above.
