Skewer with Tomato and Vegetable Sauce

  • 500 g Roast pork
  • 1 Onion
  • For the sauce
  • 200 g Zucchini
  • 2 Paprika
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 ml Tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt, pepper, paprika as desired
  1. Cut the pork into cubes and stick them alternately on skewers with the onions. Season to taste, let the fat get hot in the pan and sear it well, then take it out and add the chopped vegetables, sauté for about 5 minutes and then deglaze with the tomato paste and season to taste. Add the skewers and simmer for 30 minutes. Season again to taste and serve
