Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Fire roasted pasta, Fettucine, from PPURA
  • 0,5 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • 0,5 Zucchini
  • 5 Mushrooms brown
  • 100 g Smoked tofu
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Herbal mixture Italian
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the fettucins according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Cut the tofu into fine cubes and fry them in olive oil until crispy.
  • Add the onions to the tofu and sauté.
  • Halve the mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Likewise the zucchini.
  • Put both in the saucepan, sauté briefly. Top up with tomatoes. Squeeze the garlic.
  • Let simmer briefly. Stir in chopped herbs and season with salt / pepper. Serve with the pasta.
