Fire Roasted Pasta with Vegetable and Tomato Sauce

The perfect fire roasted pasta with vegetable and tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Fire roasted pasta, Fettucine, from PPURA
  • 0,5 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • 0,5 Zucchini
  • 5 Mushrooms brown
  • 100 g Smoked tofu
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Herbal mixture Italian
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cook the fettucins according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the tofu into fine cubes and fry them in olive oil until crispy.
  3. Add the onions to the tofu and sauté.
  4. Halve the mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Likewise the zucchini.
  5. Put both in the saucepan, sauté briefly. Top up with tomatoes. Squeeze the garlic.
  6. Let simmer briefly. Stir in chopped herbs and season with salt / pepper. Serve with the pasta.
