Ingredients
- 150 g Fire roasted pasta, Fettucine, from PPURA
- 0,5 Can Chopped tomatoes
- 0,5 Zucchini
- 5 Mushrooms brown
- 100 g Smoked tofu
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Herbal mixture Italian
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the fettucins according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the tofu into fine cubes and fry them in olive oil until crispy.
- Add the onions to the tofu and sauté.
- Halve the mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Likewise the zucchini.
- Put both in the saucepan, sauté briefly. Top up with tomatoes. Squeeze the garlic.
- Let simmer briefly. Stir in chopped herbs and season with salt / pepper. Serve with the pasta.
