Potato Cabanossi Pan

The perfect potato cabanossi pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 Size Onion
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • 2 Cabanossi
  • Oil
  • 250 g Mozzarella minis
  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  1. Boil the potatoes almost cooked, leave to cool, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Peel the onions, clean the peppers, cut everything into cubes and fry them in the oil until translucent, add the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and fry them.
  3. Cut the cabanossi into slices and add to the vegetables, fry everything again briefly, distribute the cocktail tomatoes and mozzarella minis on the pan, close the lid, let it simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat and serve.
