Hearty Potato Soup with Cabanossi

- 600 g Potatoes
- Water
- 2 piece Cabanossi
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh celery
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
- Peel the potatoes and bring to the boil in the water. Finely chop the celery. I already had chopped celery. Cut the Cabanossi into pieces. Add both to the potatoes and cook for about 10-20 minutes. Then mash the potatoes with a masher and add some water if necessary. Add the creme fraiche and the stock and mix everything well. Sufficient for 2-3 people.
