Hearty Potato Soup with Cabanossi

The perfect hearty potato soup with cabanossi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Potatoes
  • Water
  • 2 piece Cabanossi
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh celery
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
  1. Peel the potatoes and bring to the boil in the water. Finely chop the celery. I already had chopped celery. Cut the Cabanossi into pieces.
