Fast Pesto Sticks
The perfect fast pesto sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 role Pizza dough from the cooling shelf
- 40 g Basil pesto, see my cookbook
- Unroll the pizza dough on a board. Brush half of one long side with pesto (basil pesto). Fold the other long half over it, press down a little. Cut approx. 20 strips approx. 5-2 cm wide. Twist the strips into a cord, pulling them to a length of approx. 20-26 cm. Press the ends of the dough together. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Place the bars on the baking sheets. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven at 225 ° C for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Tip 2: Instead of the basil pesto, you can also use other pesti.
