Quick Tofu Pan
The perfect quick tofu pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Organic smoked tofu
- 1 Carrot big
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 0,5 cm Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh smooth parsley
- Lemon zest
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Cut the tofu into small pieces.
- Peel and grate the carrot.
- Peel and chop the garlic, grate the ginger.
- Fry everything together with oil in the pan while stirring.
- Season to taste with lemon zest, salt and pepper.
- Decorate with the cut flat leaf parsley.
