Quick Tofu Pan

The perfect quick tofu pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Organic smoked tofu
  • 1 Carrot big
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 cm Fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh smooth parsley
  • Lemon zest
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
  2. Peel and grate the carrot.
  3. Peel and chop the garlic, grate the ginger.
  4. Fry everything together with oil in the pan while stirring.
  5. Season to taste with lemon zest, salt and pepper.
  6. Decorate with the cut flat leaf parsley.
