Burgers from Palatinate!
The perfect burgers from palatinate! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
beef
- 6 Pc. Citizens
- 1 bottle Tomato ketchup
- 1 tube Mayonnaise
- 1 packet Chester full-fat slice cheese
- 1 glass Gherkins
- 4 Pc. Onion rings
- 1 Pc. Hard boiled egg
- 0,25 Pc. Endive salad
Yoghurt dressing :
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 tablespoon White vinegar
- 1 a cup Yogurt
- 4 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
Burger meat!
- Fry the beef burger. If you like, you can put 1 slice of Chester cheese on it towards the end and let it run a little.
- Cut the rolls open, heat them up slightly.
Occupy man:
- Brush with tomato ketchup, a bit too much for me. Place cooked burger on top. Cover with lettuce (dressed) tomatoes and cucumber.
Covering woman:
- I’m more into majo. I can also have boiled eggs on it. Cucumber absolutely. Tomato is a must. Salad just like that.
- Make a nice dressing out of the ingredients. You can refine it with sour cream or sour cream.
