Burgers from Palatinate!

The perfect burgers from palatinate! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

beef

  • 6 Pc. Citizens
  • 1 bottle Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tube Mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Chester full-fat slice cheese
  • 1 glass Gherkins
  • 4 Pc. Onion rings
  • 1 Pc. Hard boiled egg
  • 0,25 Pc. Endive salad

Yoghurt dressing :

  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 a cup Yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon Rapeseed oil

Burger meat!

  1. Fry the beef burger. If you like, you can put 1 slice of Chester cheese on it towards the end and let it run a little.
  2. Cut the rolls open, heat them up slightly.

Occupy man:

  1. Brush with tomato ketchup, a bit too much for me. Place cooked burger on top. Cover with lettuce (dressed) tomatoes and cucumber.
