Vegan: Noodle Pan with Leek and Snow Peas

The perfect vegan: noodle pan with leek and snow peas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Smoked tofu
  • 200 g Soy sauce
  • 200 g Fresh leek
  • 1 handful Sugar snap peas fresh
  • 30 g Alsan
  • Is-A-Vegetable margarine
  • Vegetable broth for seasoning
  • Or take salt
  • Pasta

Marinate the tofu

  1. Cut the tofu into small pieces, place in a bowl, drizzle with soy sauce and add 1 teaspoon of the vegetable stock, stir everything well and let it steep.

Prepare vegetables

  1. Wash and cut the leek, wash and roughly chop the sugar snap peas.

Cooking pasta

  1. For this dish I just took all the leftovers of pasta that were haunted in the pantry. Cook the pasta in salted water, drain and set aside.
