Vegan: Rice – Mushroom – Pan with Snow Peas
The perfect vegan: rice – mushroom – pan with snow peas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 medium sized Cut onion
- 2 medium sized Alsan Bio
- 2 medium sized Mushrooms brown
- 200 g Sugar snap
- 200 g Ground pepper
- Season with vegetable salt *
- Coriander if you like it
- 300 g Cooked rice
Preparations
- Brush the mushrooms with a brush, peel and cut the onions, prepare the snow peas, cut them if necessary and cook the rice in salted water with vegetable stock. Then drain the rice in a colander and set aside.

- Swirl the onions in the Alsan, add the sliced mushrooms, season with vegetable stock and fry, tossing through a few times. Then add the sugar snap peas and finally the rice. Mix everything well, add seasoning if necessary. On top of that, if you like it, put the sliced coriander on top.
- Arrange on plates and enjoy your meal – we also had a carrot and apple salad
