Vegan: Noodle Pan with Leek and Snow Peas

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Smoked tofu
  • 200 g Soy sauce
  • 200 g Fresh leek
  • 1 handful Sugar snap peas fresh
  • 30 g Vegan butter
  • Is-A-Vegetable margarine
  • Vegetable broth for seasoning
  • Or take salt
  • Pasta

Instructions
 

Marinate the tofu

  • Cut the tofu into small pieces, place in a bowl, drizzle with soy sauce and add 1 teaspoon of the vegetable stock, stir everything well and let it steep.

Prepare vegetables

  • Wash and cut the leek, wash and roughly chop the sugar snap peas.

Cooking pasta

  • For this dish I just took all the leftovers of pasta that were haunted in the pantry. Cook the pasta in salted water, drain and set aside.

  • 4 .... heat the Alsan in it, fry the marinated amount of tofu in the Alsan well, add and toss the leek, toss the snow peas and 1-2 times, now add the pasta, season with vegetable stock and mix everything together well.
  • Round off the whole thing with a little freshly ground pepper and place on the preheated plates. - Good Appetite -
