  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Herbal salt, colored pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian spice mix
  • 0,5 tsp Honey liquid

  • 6 Lasagne sheets
  • 90 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 0,5 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0,5 tsp Frozen basil
  • 1 Vine tomato

For gratinating:

  • 80 g Grated Gouda
  1. Clean the leek, rinse thoroughly and cut into rings. Peel the onion and garlic. Wash and clean the peppers. Dice the onion, ham, garlic and paprika.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat). Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, sauté the vegetables and ham in it for about 5 minutes. Season lightly with herbal salt and pepper. Stir in the paprika pulp and roast.
  3. Deglaze with the hot vegetable stock, peeled tomatoes and cream, bring to the boil briefly. Add red wine vinegar, sugar, a little salt and pepper and the remaining spices. Let everything boil down over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, mix the crème fraîche with lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon basil, lightly salt and pepper. Wash the tomato, cut out the stem end, then cut into thin slices.
  5. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the processed cheese to the pan and let it melt while stirring. Stir in the basil and honey, then add the spices to taste again.
  6. Put some sauce in a medium-sized baking dish, place two sheets of lasagne on top, then pour sauce over it again. Continue like this until all the ingredients have been used up, finishing with the sauce.
  7. Spread the tomato slices over the sauce, then pour the crème fraîche over the top and spread a little. Spread the grated cheese on top. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. A fresh salad of your choice goes with it. Bon appetit :-))), was delicious!
