Colorful Ham Noodles
The perfect colorful ham noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Colorful pasta
- 300 g Cooked ham
- 2 Onions
- 250 ml Rama cremefine 7% fat
- 2 Free range eggs
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Curry
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain. Cut the ham into pieces or strips.
- Heat the oil in a large pan with a high rim, sauté the onion and add the ham. Fry until lightly colored.
- Reduce the heat a little and add the noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and curry.
- Whisk eggs with rama and pour over the noodles. Keep frying, stirring constantly, until the egg mixture is completely set, be careful not to burn it on the bottom of the pan.
- Also tastes good with tomato sauce or ketchup.
