  • 1 tbsp Shallots chopped
  • 100 g Gouda grated young
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 40 g Cold butter
  • 1 tsp Dried tarragon
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
  • 2 tsp Sesame

For covering:

  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 1 tsp Plant cream
  • 1 Leek
  • 4 Mini peppers
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Salt, colored pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 2 slices Serrano ham
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes

For the cast:

  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Cream cheese with tomato, e.g. from Miree, alternatively other Mediterranean-flavored cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp Frozen basil
  • 50 g Cheddar cheese finely grated
  • Salt, colored pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes

aside from that:

  • 50 g Grated Gouda
  • 30 g Grated cheddar cheese
  • Some butter for greasing
  • 26 springform pan

Instructions

  • Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the shallots, Gouda cheese, egg, milk, butter, tarragon, salt, Italian seasoning mixture and sesame seeds, knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat). Clean and wash the leeks and peppers. Cut the leek into rings and the peppers into thin strips. Peel the onion, cut in half and divide into rings. Finely dice the bacon. Heat the pan and fry the bacon in it without adding any further fat. When the bacon is translucent, heat the vegetable cream and add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Sambal Oelek, allow to cool a little.
  • Mix the sour cream, eggs, cream cheese, basil and cheddar cheese together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika flakes.
  • Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut off the stem and cut the tomatoes into slices. Dice the Serrano ham. Grease a springform pan. Roll out the dough and place in the springform pan, forming an edge of approx. 3 cm. Spread the fried vegetables, tomatoes and Serrano ham evenly on top. Pour the sour cream and cheese on top, sprinkle with Gouda and Cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, then serve warm.
