Kale Pot According to Jörg’s Style
The perfect kale pot according to jörg’s style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Kale canned drained
- 300 g Smoked lobster meat
- 4 Smoked sausages
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 Potatoes
- Nutmeg, salt, pepper
- 2 Chopped onions
- 1 tbsp Goose fat
- Put the kale in a saucepan. Cut the onions into small cubes. Potatoes in cubes. Spread the vegetable stock and add the sausages and meat. Season and bring to the boil with goose lard. To taste. Just before serving, cut the meat into slices.
- Unfortunately they forgot to take photos of the preparation. The 2 pictures are from the next day. I also seared a few potato cubes.
