Ingredients

  • 2 Canned kale
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 6 Potatoes
  • 4 Mettwurst cut resistant
  • 2 Kassler slices
  • 10 Rostbratwurst, small
  • 1 Bouillon cube
  • 150 g Bacon white
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • First cut the bacon into small cubes and leave something out in a high coated saucepan, with the sausages placed on top. When they are done roasted, take them out and sear the Kassler, finish roasting again and finally sear the sausages and take them out again. Now fry the onion (roughly chopped) and add the kale (with the broth from the glass), you can also use fresh kale, just as you want, but then a little of the cooking water should be saved! Now peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes and simply add them to the kale, as well as the stock cube, some salt and pepper. Place the fried delicacies on top and close the pot with a lid. The whole thing should simmer for 30-45 minutes until the potatoes are soft, so always check. Stirring is generally not necessary, as there should actually be enough broth in the pot and the kale should only simmer. Now arrange everything nicely .. there is sure to be something for everyone, some mustard and bon appetite
