Mango Curry Chicken

The perfect mango curry chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Turkey fillet or chicken breast
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Can Mango
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 pinch Ground coriander
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Splash Tabasco
  1. Cut the turkey or chicken into small cubes and fry them in a little olive oil. Take the meat out of the pan. Now cut the spring onions into rings and fry them with the garlic. Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander and tomatoes and roast. Top up with coconut milk. Briefly bring to the boil, cut the mango into small cubes and add to the sauce with the meat and cook for 5 minutes. Season with tabsco and salt.
