Tuna Tramezzini

The perfect tuna tramezzini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise lightly
  • 30 g Grated carrots
  • 30 g Green frozen peas
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Discs Toast
  • 4 small Lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Drain the tuna, mix with the mayonnaise. Cut the carrot into very fine strips. Cook the carrot strips with the peas in boiling water for 1 minute. Quench and mix with the tuna. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cover the toasted bread with the lettuce leaves. Place the tuna salad on top, fold the bread slices together and serve.
