The perfect smoked salmon and trout cocktail >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Celery
  • 150 G Smoked salmon
  • 75 g Smoked trout
  • 1,5 Stems Dill
  • 3 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1,5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Clean, wash and cut the celery into fine cubes, also cut the leafy greens into small pieces. Dice salmon and trout. Finely chop the dill. Mix the vinegar, mustard and maple syrup for the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper. Now gradually stir in the oil to a creamy consistency.
  2. Mix the celery, salmon and trout carefully and fold in the vinaigrette. Arrange the cocktail in portion bowls and serve with a baguette.
