The perfect canapés with fillet on cranberry mayonnaise >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Pork tenderloin
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Red peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried cranberry
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 12 Discs Baguette
  • Lemon balm fresh
  1. Wash the fillet, pat dry and cut into 12 medallions. Plate with the back of a knife. Crush the peppercorns in a mortar and sprinkle the fillet slices with them. Heat the oil and fry the medallions for about 2 minutes on each side. Degrease on kitchen paper and allow to cool.
  1. Chop the cranberries and mix with the mayonnaise. Season with salt. Brush the baguette slices with the mayonnaise, place a fillet slice on each and decorate with lemon balm.
