- 12 Discs Baguette
- 0,5 bunch Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Orange jam
- 0,5 Tl Dijon mustard
- 40 g Soft butter
- 1 Orange
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- Wash the dill, pat it dry and finely chop up to 12 strips of dill. Mix the orange jam with the mustard, dill and butter well.
- Peel the orange with a sharp knife and remove the fillets. Brush the baguette slices with the orange butter. Spread the salmon on top, put an orange fillet on top and garnish with dill.
