  • Or margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 150 g Honey liquid
  • 1 Egg
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt

  • 0,5 tsp Ginger powder
  • 200 ml Water

* for covering

  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • Chocolate decorations or similar
  1. Beat the butter / margarine and sugar until frothy. Add all other ingredients and mix into a dough. (possibly use 50ml more water, depends on the flour)
  2. Pour the batter into muffin cups. (Paper liners are a little smaller than silicone liners, so this is 16 pieces.)
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes. To let it cool down.
  4. Mix the butter with milk and stir in the powdered sugar. Pour this mixture into a piping bag and squirt it onto the muffins or spread it onto the muffins with a knife. Decorate your wish with decoration. (I took chocolate moons and stars.)
  5. Store in a cool place until consumption, but not in the refrigerator.
