Baking: Christmas Honey Cupcakes
The perfect baking: christmas honey cupcakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
* for the dough
- 75 g Butter
- Or margarine
- 125 g Sugar
- 150 g Honey liquid
- 1 Egg
- 300 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Christmas spice … RZ in my KB
- 0,5 tsp Ginger powder
- 200 ml Water
* for covering
- 50 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- Chocolate decorations or similar
- Beat the butter / margarine and sugar until frothy. Add all other ingredients and mix into a dough. (possibly use 50ml more water, depends on the flour)
- Pour the batter into muffin cups. (Paper liners are a little smaller than silicone liners, so this is 16 pieces.)
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes. To let it cool down.
- Mix the butter with milk and stir in the powdered sugar. Pour this mixture into a piping bag and squirt it onto the muffins or spread it onto the muffins with a knife. Decorate your wish with decoration. (I took chocolate moons and stars.)
- Store in a cool place until consumption, but not in the refrigerator.
