Potato Salad with Apples and Bacon

The perfect potato salad with apples and bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Waxy potatoes
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 Pc. Tart apples
  • 1 piece Onion red
  • 2 piece Gherkins
  • 100 g Streaky bacon
  • 150 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cook the potatoes in slightly salted water, peel them and cut them into slices. Boil the eggs hard, quench, peel them and cut them into pieces. Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut the apples into cubes. Peel the onions and chop finely. Cut the cucumber into cubes. Fry the bacon cubes in a coated pan without adding any fat. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Mix the potatoes with the other salad ingredients and stir in the salad sauce. Let the potato salad soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Sausages or meat patties also taste very good.
