Sweet Potato Salad with Apples and Yogurt

  • 700 g Orange sweet potatoes
  • 1 Elstar apples
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 4 tablespoon Yogurt greek
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
  • Hot paprika powder


  • Cook the sweet potatoes with their skin on. Let cool and peel.
  • Slice the sweet potatoes, dice the apple and cut the pepper into strips.
  • Mix everything together. Add the onion and parsley.
  • Add the yogurt to the salad. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder
