Chickpea Stew with Noodles

The perfect chickpea stew with noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Broth:

  • 1,5 L Water
  • 1 tsp Instant vegetable stock, e.g. B, from the KB [salt, oil, spices,
  • Without gluten, Without yeast extract]

Soup deposit:

  • 100 g Chickpeas
  • 100 g Spiral pasta
  • 50 g Carrots
  • 50 g Fresh celery
  • 50 g Leeks cooked
  • 2 piece Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 piece Chopped onion

Sausage:

  • 40 g Cooked salami or Feldjäger cracking sausage

Spices:

  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Savory spice

Preparation:

  1. Soak the chickpeas with water (according to the package instructions). Clean, wash and chop the vegetables, chop the sausage and fry briefly.
