Chickpea Stew with Noodles
The perfect chickpea stew with noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Broth:
- 1,5 L Water
- 1 tsp Instant vegetable stock, e.g. B, from the KB [salt, oil, spices,
- Without gluten, Without yeast extract]
Soup deposit:
- 100 g Chickpeas
- 100 g Spiral pasta
- 50 g Carrots
- 50 g Fresh celery
- 50 g Leeks cooked
- 2 piece Chopped tomatoes
- 1 piece Chopped onion
Sausage:
- 40 g Cooked salami or Feldjäger cracking sausage
Spices:
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 2 bunch Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Savory spice
Preparation:
- Soak the chickpeas with water (according to the package instructions). Clean, wash and chop the vegetables, chop the sausage and fry briefly.
Soup:
- In a suitable saucepan, let the broth with water, instant brew and spices slowly get hot and add the fried soup. Simmer with the pasta and chickpeas for 5-10 minutes
