Macaroni Bolognese
The perfect macaroni bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Ground beef
- 150 g Chicken liver
- 800 g Tomatoes
- 300 g Leek
- 3 Celery sticks
- 1 Chopped onion
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 Fresh hot peppers
- 3 Oregano sprigs
- 4 tablespoon Paprika pulp
- 1 tablespoon Cane sugar
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 500 g Macaroni
- Wash, clean and chop vegetables.
- Wash, pat dry and chop the liver.
- Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the paprika pulp with the sugar and let it caramelize slightly. Add the liver and fry briefly.
- Add the vegetables and sauté. Add a liter of water, add oregano, peppers and garlic and simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cook the macaroni al dente and serve with the Bolognese.
