Macaroni Bolognese

The perfect macaroni bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 150 g Chicken liver
  • 800 g Tomatoes
  • 300 g Leek
  • 3 Celery sticks
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 Fresh hot peppers
  • 3 Oregano sprigs
  • 4 tablespoon Paprika pulp
  • 1 tablespoon Cane sugar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 500 g Macaroni
  1. Wash, clean and chop vegetables.
  2. Wash, pat dry and chop the liver.
  3. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the paprika pulp with the sugar and let it caramelize slightly. Add the liver and fry briefly.
  4. Add the vegetables and sauté. Add a liter of water, add oregano, peppers and garlic and simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the macaroni al dente and serve with the Bolognese.
