Sweet: Nougat and Mocha Pralines
The perfect sweet: nougat and mocha pralines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 75 g Nougat
- 1,5 tsp Instant mocha
- Melt the couverture over a hot water bath, temper it and then fill about 3/4 of it into praline molds. Brush the edges with a small brush. Now let it become firm.
- Melt the nougat over a water bath, stir in the mocha powder and then fill the solid hollow praline bodies. Put briefly in the refrigerator.
- Meanwhile, melt the rest of the couverture again and then spread it on the nougat. Now let it become completely solid.
- Then push out of the mold and (if it comes to that) store in a cool place in a sealed container.
