Poultry: Grilled Duck Marinated in Orange Sauce

The perfect poultry: grilled duck marinated in orange sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Duck meat, fresh from the farmer, mine weighed 2,300 grams
  • 1 El Soy sauce, sweet
  • 1 El Sesame oil
  • 1 Tl Cumin
  • 1 Tl Flor de Sal, orange
  • 1 Tl Sugar
  • 1 Tl Oregano
  • 1 El Olive oil, orange
  • 4 turns Pepper
  • 1 Chinese garlic or 3 little toes
  • 3 Squeezed oranges
  • 3 cm Ginger, finely chopped
  1. Mix everything together and brush the duck well inside and out and leave to marinate for at least 24 hours.
  2. We indirectly grilled the duck on the grill at 220 degrees for about 50 minutes. The meat was very tender. If you don’t want it crispy, take the duck down about 5 minutes earlier.
  3. Of course, I only wrote down the time for the marinade as preparation time.
