Goji Berry Cinnamon Kisses
The perfect goji berry cinnamon kisses recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
1st filling:
- 50 g Goji berries
- 20 ml Red wine
- 60 g Sugar
2. Filling
- 50 g Whole milk couverture
- 50 g Cream
- 15 g Soft butter
- 0,5 Tl Cinnamon powder
- Melt the dark chocolate couverture and tip it into 24 molds, then turn it over, drain it and refrigerate for 2 hours.
1. Füllung:
- Bring the goji berries with the sugar and red wine to the boil briefly and then puree. Let cool, then fill halfway into the molds. Chill again.
2. Füllung:
- Bring the cream to the boil and chop the chocolate. Then add to the cream and dissolve. Stir in the butter and cinnamon and let cool down a little.
- Now fill the molds with the filling and put them in the cold. After 2 hours, seal the pralines with the remaining dark chocolate
- 5 .. Instead of goji berries you can use fresh cranberries, which is actually the original recipe. Then boil the cranberries with the wine and sugar for about 5 minutes, then puree and let them cool.
