The perfect vegetarian: colorful pan from oven … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 handful Cooked spaghetti gluten-free
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 1 small Vegetables from the day before
  • 3 piece Farm eggs
  • 300 ml Rice milk
  • 2 tsp My vegetable broth *
  • 2 tsp Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tsp Grated Parmesan
  1. Put some olive oil in a pan, add the vegetables, then the spaghetti that I cut lengthways and crossways. Then I grated the peppers over it with a grater and poured the zucchni over it with the peeler.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the milk, season with the vegetable stock and pepper and whisk well. Then distribute the mixture over the pan and top with the Parmesan to top it off.
  3. Now put the whole thing in the oven and at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes ….. oven was still warm from baking the cake 😉
  4. There was an iceberg lettuce with it
