  • 300 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 kl. Eggs
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 Onions
  • Some mustard
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Curry powder
  • Some tomato paste
  • A good dAsh of creAm
  1. Briefly blanch the Jaroma cabbage in boiling water. Take out of the pot and put it off briefly. Carefully remove 8 beautiful large leaves from the cabbage. Prepare a minced meat batter from minced meat, a small chopped onion, eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and curry powder. Place 2 cabbage leaves on top of each other and place the minced meat in the middle of each of the cabbage leaves. Now roll up like a roulade and tie with kitchen twine. Heat the oil in a pan and allow a chopped onion to become translucent. Add the cabbage rolls and sauté. Pour in the vegetable stock. Turn the cabbage rolls over and over again. My roulades took about 35 minutes to cook through. Take the roulades out of the pan and keep them warm. Add some tomato paste to the brats. Mix well. Season to taste and refine with a good dash of cream. We had boiled potatoes and a salad with it.
