Ingredients
- 185 g Margarine
- 150 g Sugar fine
- 3 piece Eggs
- 220 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 6 tbsp Milk
- 1 Apple
- 4 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 4 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Beat the margarine and sugar until frothy, then fold in the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in with the milk.
- Put the dough in 4 small, greased cake molds (since I didn't have any springform pans, I used quiche pans with removable bases).
- Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core and then cut each quarter into thin slices. Place these apple slices on the dough and press lightly.
- Now sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- After cooling, carefully remove from the molds. Either serve immediately or let cool down.
