Ingredients

  • 185 g Margarine
  • 150 g Sugar fine
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 220 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Apple
  • 4 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 4 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Beat the margarine and sugar until frothy, then fold in the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in with the milk.
  • Put the dough in 4 small, greased cake molds (since I didn't have any springform pans, I used quiche pans with removable bases).
  • Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core and then cut each quarter into thin slices. Place these apple slices on the dough and press lightly.
  • Now sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • After cooling, carefully remove from the molds. Either serve immediately or let cool down.
