Baking: Small Turkish Apple Pie

  • 185 g Margarine
  • 150 g Sugar fine
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 220 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Apple
  • 4 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  1. Beat the margarine and sugar until frothy, then fold in the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in with the milk.
  2. Put the dough in 4 small, greased cake molds (since I didn’t have any springform pans, I used quiche pans with removable bases).
  3. Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core and then cut each quarter into thin slices. Place these apple slices on the dough and press lightly.
  4. Now sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  6. After cooling, carefully remove from the molds. Either serve immediately or let cool down.
