The perfect vegetarian: avocado – yoghurt – dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 ml Low fat yogurt
- 1 piece Avocado
- 0,5 Lemon fresh
- Salt and pepper
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- 1 toe Pressed garlic
- Remove the stone from the avocado, place the avocado meat in a bowl and drizzle with the juice of the lemon to keep the avocado its color.
- Add the chopped onion, press the garlic and stir in the yogurt. Season everything with salt and pepper.
- There was vegetable patties and cucumber salad.
- And if you replace the yoghurt with soy yoghurt … then it’s even “vegan” 😉
