Vegetarian: Avocado – Yoghurt – Dip

The perfect vegetarian: avocado – yoghurt – dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Low fat yogurt
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • 1 toe Pressed garlic
  1. Remove the stone from the avocado, place the avocado meat in a bowl and drizzle with the juice of the lemon to keep the avocado its color.
  2. Add the chopped onion, press the garlic and stir in the yogurt. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  3. There was vegetable patties and cucumber salad.
  4. And if you replace the yoghurt with soy yoghurt … then it’s even “vegan” 😉
