Guacamole – Avocado Dip

The perfect guacamole – avocado dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Ripe avocado
  • 1 half small Onion white
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander
  • 30 ml Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Splash Tabasco
  • 1 Splash Salt
  • 1 Breath Chilli from the mill

preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half by cutting it all around up to the core and then turning the two parts in opposite directions – the best way to get the core out is to “skin” the core with a sharp knife – the knife then gets stuck in the core and so you can easily pull it out with a twisting motion
  2. Cut ½ onion and 1 small tomato into very small cubes – finely chop 1 tsp coriander

preparation

  1. Now hollow out the avocado with a spoon – the avocado meat is then mashed with a fork until a smooth, supple mixture is created – add the onion and tomato cubes as well as the coriander to the avocado mixture – stir in the sour cream, lemon juice, tabasco and season with salt

tip

  1. if you place the avocado core in the sauce dip until serving, the avocado mass will not discolour
