The perfect beef soup) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Beef goulash
  • 5 Chopped onions
  • 3 size Tomatoes
  • 8 Tough Garlic
  • Oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder
  • 0,5 a cup Cream
  • 3 liter Water
  1. Cut the beef goulash into small pieces and heat the oil in a saucepan. Then sauté the onions, garlic and tomatoes.
  2. Add the meat and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Douse with 3-4 liters of water. Bring to the boil and season to taste. Then season again and cook for about 2-3 hours.
  3. When the meat is soft with butter, add half a cup of cream to taste and thicken slightly. (Do not thicken too much because the “soup” has already boiled down. (I take corn ten to thicken.)
  4. Everything can be served for this, e.g. Spetzle because there is a lot of sauce
