Beef Soup)
The perfect beef soup) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Beef goulash
- 5 Chopped onions
- 3 size Tomatoes
- 8 Tough Garlic
- Oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder
- 0,5 a cup Cream
- 3 liter Water
- Cut the beef goulash into small pieces and heat the oil in a saucepan. Then sauté the onions, garlic and tomatoes.
- Add the meat and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Douse with 3-4 liters of water. Bring to the boil and season to taste. Then season again and cook for about 2-3 hours.
- When the meat is soft with butter, add half a cup of cream to taste and thicken slightly. (Do not thicken too much because the “soup” has already boiled down. (I take corn ten to thicken.)
- Everything can be served for this, e.g. Spetzle because there is a lot of sauce
