Pumpkin and Mango Jam
The perfect pumpkin and mango jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Nutmeg Pumpkin
- 3 maturity Mangoes
- 1 Pc. Ginger
- 1 kg Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Peel the pumpkin and mangoes and cut them into large cubes. Dice the ginger. Put everything together in a high saucepan and cook in about 25 minutes. simmer until soft.
- Finely puree with the hand blender. Stir in the preserving sugar and cook for 4min. Let it boil bubbly. Fill into glasses and leave to cool.
