Pumpkin and Mango Jam

The perfect pumpkin and mango jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Nutmeg Pumpkin
  • 3 maturity Mangoes
  • 1 Pc. Ginger
  • 1 kg Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. Peel the pumpkin and mangoes and cut them into large cubes. Dice the ginger. Put everything together in a high saucepan and cook in about 25 minutes. simmer until soft.
  1. Finely puree with the hand blender. Stir in the preserving sugar and cook for 4min. Let it boil bubbly. Fill into glasses and leave to cool.
