Mango – Raspberry Jam

The perfect mango – raspberry jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Frozen raspberries
  • 250 g Mango pulp
  • 150 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. Let the raspberries thaw.
  1. Finely chop the mango pulp in the Tupper – Multi – Chef, add the raspberries and the preserving sugar and mix everything well. Put the whole thing in the Microplus, 1.0 l jug and cook in the microwave for 10-12 minutes at 600 watts. Stir in between.
