- 60 g Ground almonds

- 75 g Soft figs
- 75 g Prunes
- 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 0,5 tsp Ground ginger
- 100 g Hearty oat flakes
- 75 g Whole wheat flour
- 2 piece Eggs
- 50 g Brown cane sugar
- 125 g Honey
- Cut the dried fruit into small bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the fruits with the nuts, flour, oat flakes and spices.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° and line a tray with baking paper.
- Now beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, then stir in the liquid honey and then fold in the remaining ingredients with a spatula.
- TIP … work quickly, because the mass attracts very quickly !!!! ….. Now spread the mass about 1 cm thick on the sheet and bake on the middle rail for about 25-30 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven and pull it onto the worktop, divide it up straight away (I cut 2 x 10).
