  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 2 packet Vanilla sauce for cooking
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Beat the eggs with the mixer until they are nice and frothy and gradually add the sugar
  2. Carefully stir in the flour and baking powder. Put the dough in a greased springform pan and bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool
  3. Peel the apples and cut into eighths, then cut into fine strips. Simmer on the stove for 10 minutes, along with 100ml of water, the sugar and the juice of one lemon. Be careful not to overcook it!
  4. Mix the sauce powder with the remaining 100ml water and the sugar and stir into the boiling apple mixture. 1 min, let simmer and then take off the stove so that it can easily put on
  5. Put the slightly cooled apple mixture on the cake base (use springform pan or cake ring !!!!) and chill the cake for at least 2-3 hours in the refrigerator or on the balcony!
  6. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff, spread it on the cooled cake and if you wish, you can grate some chocolate over it and sprinkle with sliced ​​almonds! It is 4 PP per piece if you cut it into 12 pieces. With 16 pieces 3 PP. Enjoy the meal 🙂
