Baked Gnocchi with Pear Gorgonzola Sauce
The perfect baked gnocchi with pear gorgonzola sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Gnocchi from the refrigerated shelf
- 2 Pc. Small firm pears, peeled and diced
- 75 g Diced bacon
- 150 g Gorgonzola
- 1 tbsp Cranberries from the glass
- 200 ml Milk or cream
- Salt pepper
- 2 tbsp Grain mixture z. B. sunflower, pine, pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Spread the gnocchi in a baking dish. Melt the butter in a pan, sauté the pear and bacon cubes in it and then fold into the gnocchi. Pour the cream / milk into the remaining frying fat and heat. Dice the Gorgonzola and let it melt in the pan. Add the cranberries and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the sauce in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
