Baked Gnocchi with Pear Gorgonzola Sauce

The perfect baked gnocchi with pear gorgonzola sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Gnocchi from the refrigerated shelf
  • 2 Pc. Small firm pears, peeled and diced
  • 75 g Diced bacon
  • 150 g Gorgonzola
  • 1 tbsp Cranberries from the glass
  • 200 ml Milk or cream
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Grain mixture z. B. sunflower, pine, pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Spread the gnocchi in a baking dish. Melt the butter in a pan, sauté the pear and bacon cubes in it and then fold into the gnocchi. Pour the cream / milk into the remaining frying fat and heat. Dice the Gorgonzola and let it melt in the pan. Add the cranberries and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the sauce in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
