Fig in Puff Pastry …
The perfect fig in puff pastry … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 disc Puff pastry a ’75 g
- 50 g Goat cream cheese
- 1 Fig fresh
- 1 teaspoon Honey liquid
- 1 Pear fresh
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 4 Centiliters Calvados
- 1 branch Rosemary freshly chopped finely
- Thaw the puff pastry, cut in half and roll out a little thinner. Spread the goat cream cheese in the middle of the two slices. Wash and dry the fig, remove the stem and cut into slices. Spread half of each on top of the cream cheese like a roof tile. Drizzle with honey.
- Fold two sides over the figs and press down a little. Fold in the other sides a little. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Quarter and peel the pear, remove the core and cut into wedges. Drizzle with the lemon juice.
- Caramelize the sugar in a pan. Deglaze with calvados. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Put the pears with the rosemary in the pan and caramelize.
- Arrange the puff pastry together with the pears on two plates.
