Hot Garlic Spaghetti
The perfect hot garlic spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the garlic sauce:
- Salt water
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 Red And 2 green peppers
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 bunch Flat leaf parsley
- 150 ml Olive oil
- 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook the pasta in salted water and cooking oil for a few minutes. Drain and quench. Drain well.
- Now cook the sauce. To do this, cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and white skins, wash and cut into small pieces. Peel and dice the garlic. Briefly hold the parsley under water, pluck the leaves off and cut them to size.
- Heat the olive oil in the pan, fry the peppers and garlic briefly, add the spaghetti and mix in. Also add the parsley and sprinkle with Parmesan and serve while it is still hot.
